When will my order be shipped?
All orders received before 2pm on a weekday are shipped the same day. Orders received before 10am on a Saturday will also be shipped on the same day.
What are your delivery costs?
We offer free delivery for orders over £50 to mainland UK. For orders below £50, you can see our delivery charges here.
How will my order be delivered?
We use Royal Mail for most deliveries and DPD for tracked deliveries. From time to time, if you have ordered more than one item, your order may arrive in separate parcels due to our warehouse locations, although we try to limit this where possible.

What is your returns policy?
