How long will it take for me to receive my order?
We dispatch orders on Monday to Saturday (excluding bank holidays or public holidays).
Orders received before 1pm Monday - Friday are dispatched the same day.
Orders received before 10am on Saturday are dispatched the same day.
How much does the shipping cost?
We are pleased to offer free standard delivery to Mainland UK when you spend £50 or more.
Standard Mainland UK shipping prices:

- Express Shipping (1-2 days) £5.95
- Courier Next Weekday (order before 1pm) £8.95
- Courier (Saturday) (order before Friday 1pm) £11.95
- Courier (Sunday) (order before Saturday 10am) £11.95

The rest of the brands will only be processed Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays or public holidays).
Most of our pre-order items include an estimate date of arrival. If an order is placed with one or more items marked as pre-order, the entire order will be held back and shipped when all items are back in stock. This helps to cut down on emissions, packaging and shipping cost which we otherwise has to incur in additionally to normal shipments.
If you would like to have items in stock shipped separately, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, however this may incur extra shipping cost.
Who are our Couriers?
We use Royal Mail and DPD for tracked delivery, you will receive shipping notification once your order has been dispatched so you can track your order with the tracking provided on the email.
Do we ship outside of the UK?
If you are interested in getting any of our products shipped outside out of the UK, please email us at email@example.com to obtain a quote.

Please ensure that you provide your full name and correct delivery address (including postal code and country of destination). Unfortunately, we cannot be liable for orders that do not arrive at their destination due to incorrect delivery information being provided at checkout.
In the unlikely event of your order not arriving at its destination, in spite of correct delivery information being provided at checkout, (within 7 days for UK deliveries and 30 days for overseas deliveries), please contact us in writing via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you wish for your parcel to be re-sent due to incorrect delivery information, a shipping charge will apply.
To optimise our storage process and warehouse efficiency, our items are stored in different warehouse to ensure the products' quality are kept to the highest standard and facilitates rapid dispatch of orders.
As a result, if you have ordered more than one item, there is a likelihood that we might dispatch the items and ship them separately.
We are very conscious of our impact on the environment and therefore we recycle as much of the cardboard/boxes and paper that comes into our business. Thus, your order may arrive in a different box so please check the contents before contacting us.
