Eco Rascals Bamboo Suction Plate - Elephant

Like it’s land form, our elephant plate is the largest in our collection. This big gentle giant is a firm favourite among children who can normally sign the elephant trunk using their arm before they can say the word.

It’s giant body and big ear are great sections to help introduce new tastes and textures into your little ones diet.

Like all our bamboo tableware, it’s made of natural bamboo meaning it’s not mixed with any nasties that might leach toxins into your kids food. It comes with a super suction base available in six eco rascals colours which is detachable for washing and storage.

There’s no worry about your little one burning their fingers on this plate either as it remains cool to the touch.

Detachable silicone suction bases are made from FDA approved 100% silicone, free of plastic, BPA, PVC, lead and phthalates.

🐘 Suitable for most highchairs but suction bases tend to work best on smooth and non porous surfaces such as plastic, glass, fibreglass and marble. Textured surfaces like some of the Stokke trays will allow the air to seep in and reduce the suction compatibility.

• Bamboo is a natural material. Our bamboo is FSC certified and grown and harvested without the use of pesticides. Most importantly, we only use natural bamboo for our plate. This means it isn't mixed up with nasty chemicals and polymers such as melamine. Once you've finished with our plate, you can recycle it in the wood section or throw it on the compost heap where it will naturally biodegrade

• Bamboo products should be washed before first use in warm soapy water and rinsed thoroughly – this is how to care for them after use too
• Always detach the silicone ring for washing and storing to give the bamboo base time to breathe
• Bamboo doesn't cope well in the hot or the cold so do not put in microwaves, ovens, sterilisers, dishwasher or freezers – It might appear to be coping fine but it'll last longer if you don’t
